Shipping and returns
All parts listed in our store are in stock and usually ship the same or next business. Larger items will ship via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground with a direct signature required. All other items are shipped expedited via USPS, tracking number provided. The parts are generally heavy and great care is taken when packaging to make sure they reach you in perfect condition. In some cases we can combine multiple purchases into fewer boxes, we refund the savings for such shipments after the parts are boxed. If you’re purchasing one of the larger items, for instance, a grinder chassis, as well as some of the smaller items, we can ship some of the smaller items in the same box as the chassis: the weight goes up so the shipping carriers will charge more but it does work out slightly cheaper than shipping parts individually. If you have your eye on multiple products and need an accurate shipping quote, shoot us an email via our contact us page and we’ll work it out for you. We have the right to switch shipping carriers based on the size or destination of the item or items ordered.
Our main shipping carriers are USPS (expedited shipping), FedEx (Ground), and UPS (Ground). Depending on the workload and shipping cutoff times we might ship your order via either shipping carrier. We will make sure that we DO NOT select a shipping method that takes longer than that which you paid for and we will also refund any savings where possible.
Will Call (Pickup in Person)
If you’re local and would like to pick up your order in person to save shipping costs you must the “Local Pickup (Oregon)” option during checkout. Please see our FAQ page for more details. We need a day or two to get your order ready and we’ll shoot you an email via our contact us page as soon as everything’s ready to be picked up.
If you are not satisfied or have changed your mind about the product that you have received from us, you may return your order for a refund or exchange. Return and exchanges are allowed within 30 calendar days from the date of the receipt and must be authorized by Grinders USA prior to return shipping.
All authorized returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. No returns or exchanges on products that show signs of having been opened, installed, modified, mounted, scratched, or defaced will be allowed. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by the customer. A refund or exchange will not be considered until all relevant items, hardware, and accessories have been returned to Grinders USA. Contact Grinders USA via e-mail only to obtain an RMA# prior to returning any merchandise. This number MUST appear on the outside of all boxes returned. If the RMA# is not visible on the outside of the box it will be refused at the dock. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS! It is the customer’s responsibility to make all arrangements with Grinders USA for the shipment prior to its return. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Any refused shipment sent back to Grinders USA does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. Return shipping charges on refused packages are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid by the customer.
Processing of refunds
All refunds on returns are processed as fast as possible, usually within two business days. Please allow an additional 12-14 working days for credit card refunds to post to your account. A 10% – 25% restocking fee may be assessed on all authorized returns, especially on larger items like grinder chassis.
If your shipment arrived damaged or missing parts or not working:
Shortage and damage claims must be made via our contact us page within 2 working days of the receipt date. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the carrier and Grinders USA. Keep all shipping cartons and packing materials for carrier inspection. Grinders USA cannot initiate any claims with the carrier.
If you experience any issues with any of our products contact us for support prior to attempting any repairs, inspections, or alterations. We will expressly void any warranty on any component that has been opened up, changed, stripped, inspected, or damaged without our prior written permission (this is especially true for any of our electrical components).
