Side Play on Two Bearing Style Wheels

#1 – Use Nylon Washers as per the diagram below

#2 – Don’t overtighten

#3 – With the belt removed the wheels must spin freely by hand

#4 – If they don’t spin freely by hand you need to adjust the clearance. When all is set and done there should be some side play  (see diagram below)
